3. Conditional Residency: Upon approval, investors and their families receive a conditional Green Card, allowing them to live, work, and study in the U.S.

​

4. I-829 Petition: After two years, investors file the I-829 to remove conditions on their residency, proving that the investment has met all EB-5 requirements.

5. Permanent Residency: Following successful verification, permanent residency is granted.
